Realty Construction is a full-service general contractor that is currently working in the premier markets throughout Southern California. Realty Construction is experienced in the construction of new ground up commercial construction, tenant improvements, life sciences, assisted living, medical and dental, custom homes, and remodels. We have a deep and diverse group of subcontractors in our portfolio to support us throughout our builds. Our number one goal is to get to understand what the needs and goals of our clients are, put together a specific plan with them to get their needs and goals met, and finally to execute our plan and deliver an incredible product that everyone is incredibly pleased with.
Michael J Crain, CEO
Mike holds 2 real estate broker licenses and a California State Contractors license. Mike oversees all aspects of the real estate development from conception to completion. He is responsible for sourcing and structuring new acquisitions and joint ventures, while also leading the day to day activities, along with managing design, and construction.
Mike’s substantial experience in the real estate development business spans twenty-five years. His proven track record of producing quality projects of sustained value is a testament to his appreciation of real estate and his eye for detail and design.
Mike brings a universal knowledge of the development process gained from his experience in Commercial and Retail Development.
Frank P Chavez, COO
Frank manages all Project Construction, Management, Business Development and Client Management of all of our construction projects . Frank has a solid track record of taking on large complex projects from design to completion ensuring projects are completed on time and budget without sacrificing safety or quality of the build. He is a high achiever with delivery based philosophy. Proven track record with successful revenue increases and cost savings.
Proficiently managed and developed top performing personnel yielding optimal team performance. Collaborates effectively with all organizational levels of Management. Very proficient in Life Science and Bio-Tech, Health Care, Commercial ground up Construction as well as Tenant Improvements. Frank also carries an active class B licence with CSLB.
Peggy J Crain, CFO
Peggy is our Chief Financial Officer and prides herself on accountability, and ensuring all of our clients no matter what side of the transaction they are on are represented with honesty and integrity. With her vast knowledge of our company and commitment to excellence, Peggy holds true to our core values of earning the trust and respect of our clients.
Charlie Biddle, Superintendent
Charlie is a project superintendent with over 30 years experience in the construction trades. Charlie's focus on project details is unprecedented. His communication skills are second to none. Charlie is a dedicated husband and father. Charlie spends a considerable amount of time volunteering for several non-profit groups in several southern California counties.
